For a fast meal and Low Calorie Meals , these wrapped tortillas, topped with lettuce, cucumber and tomato, are great. Grilled chicken breast and a little yogurt and chive sauce can safely be added.

Leave to marinate for about thirty minutes in the fridge and enjoy!
Serve it with toast with wholemeal bread.
